Our Charitable Work

For decades Lynn Mara has donated a significant quantity of her original works of art to benefit various charities. Since art can be beautifully reproduced in print form on museum quality paper, the idea to reproduce a collection of certain works for charity was born. A dear friend of Lynn's has often said, "If you hold a thought long enough,it becomes reality"... such simple, yet hopeful words of truth.

As Lynn contemplated her friend's quote she searched her mind for the single most virtuous "thought". "What do I wish for every person", she wondered. Peace. Peace in everyone's life.

All realities in life begin as a thought and then manifest through our actions. But action is required. Our thoughts become our actions. The symbol for peace along with the quote were stenciled into an American Flag painting and the concept of the "Imagine Peace" project was born.

Mother Theresa said, "If we don't have peace it's because we have forgotten that we are all connected" . WE ARE ONE. "All that matters is what we "do" for one another and the love with which we do it".

We are a not-for-profit organization committed to supporting the efforts of charitable entities that directly aid people in need in a way that upholds human dignity, respect and life. We are dedicated to the enrichment, inspiration and empowerment of our youth. We welcome their spirit of volunteerism. The Imus Ranch for Kids with Cancer, Fisher House for wounded soldiers, and the many ministries of the Dominican Sisters will benefit equally from the "Imagine Peace Project". ...Serving American's in need throughout our country.
